Here are the frequently asked questions:

When will I receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.

It will then take between 10 and 22 business days for your item to arrive at your doorstep.

During peak periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipment. Our packages are shipped with La Poste, and we do not work with pickup points.

 My order is incomplete.

Since we have different storage locations and work with different manufacturers, you may receive your products in separate packages. So don't worry if you don't receive everything at once.

Our average delivery time is 10 to 22 business days. Some packages may take a little longer.

However, if you have not received your package within 35 business days after ordering, we will issue a full refund, and you can keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process your orders quickly, usually within 12 hours.

For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send an email for cancellation or modification to ".contact@familydreamsboutique.com".

Beyond this time, your items will have already been shipped, so we will not be able to modify your order.

The item I received is broken/defective.

Despite our careful selection of reliable carriers, your package may arrive damaged.

In such cases or in the event of a design defect, please contact us at ".contact@familydreamsboutique.com" with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the problem (wrong/defective item, ...)
  • A photo or video

You will not need to return the product, and we will directly refund the amount of your order in the form of a store credit (if you prefer a different form of refund, please let us know).
